Limericks

Of the odds and ends that I had collected are some limericks. Most limericks are bawdy but here are two that I particularly liked.

There was a lady from Tiga,

Who went for a ride on a tiger,

They came back from the ride

With the lady inside

And a smile on the face of the tiger

  The next one is more imaginative and goes like this:

A Wonderful bird is the pelican.

Its mouth can hold more than his belly can.

He can hold in his beak

Enough food for a week.

I wonder how the hell he can.
